1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AskEOL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AskEOL is operated by AskEOL ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

AskEOL is an ebook opportunity research tool that scans search signals, scores niche ideas, and generates product packages. The Service provides AI-generated research and analysis. Results are informational and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and Usage Limits

AskEOL offers the following plans:

• Starter (Free): 3 scans per month.
• Pro ($19/month): 100 scans per month. Cancel anytime.
• Founder Lifetime ($99 one-time): Unlimited scans with fair-use expectations.

We reserve the right to modify plan limits, pricing, or features with reasonable notice. Existing Founder Lifetime members will be honored under the terms active at the time of their purchase.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the Service has not been used (zero scans run). Founder Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days or after any usage, whichever comes first.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond its intended interface.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Intentionally abuse usage limits or circumvent rate-limiting mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

You own the research results and product packages generated through your use of the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskEOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
